Anthony Webber Partner
Anthony Webber founded Sidley Marion in 2015 and is Head of our Midstream & Markets Practice
Anthony began his career as a trader, trading energy on a proprietary basis. Moving into executive search in 2010 he established himself as a trusted partner and advisor in the European gas and power markets.
His technical background offers the firm enhanced technical assessment capabilities, with a demonstrable track record of putting together high performing teams that deliver long term economic value to their organisations.
Anthony’s practice support utilities, merchants and funds with commercial and operational leadership appointments and advisory assignments, with extensive experience of managing sensitive projects in restructuring and team building.
Outside of work Anthony is a family man with 3 young boys. Anthony enjoys golf, and has an interest in the hospitality industry, having supported an independent coffee business through expansion and successful sale.
Anthony holds a BA in Politics from University College London.
Lucy Phillips
head of us midstream & Markets
Lucy is the Head of the US Midstream & Markets Practice.
Lucy began her career recruiting top Architecture & Engineering talent across the UK, before transitioning into Executive Search in 2020. Her specialism focuses on the commodities and financial services industry, with a background covering both the US & European markets. Before joining Sidley Marion in 2024, Lucy supported a variety of top tier US hedge funds, commodity merchants and investment banks with their Trading, Legal & Compliance hiring needs and now leads Sidley Marion's US business unit.
Outside of work, Lucy is a keen traveller and is always on the hunt for flights to less travelled spots across the US and Europe.

BOYANA YORDANOVA RESEARCH MANAGER
Boyana is Sidley Marion’s Research Manager.
Growing up in Bulgaria, Boyana came to study in the UK in 2008. Boyana has been working in executive search since 2012, with a focus on research & execution.
Prior to Sidley Marion Boyana spent 3 years with Korn Ferry as a research team lead. She was head of research at a boutique executive search firm in technology, and at Cripps Sears. Boyana has particular expertise and networks across technology, financial services and energy.

FAYE SEARLE OPERATIONS DIRECTOR
Faye is Sidley Marion’s operations Director.
Faye has over 15 years’ experience working within leading global law firms and has covered a variety of practice areas before joining Sidley Marion in 2022.
Faye manages all operational aspects of the company including back office, business and project management, treasury, and compliance. Faye works closely with the partners to define business strategy, increase efficiency, and drive expansion.
Outside the office Faye has a busy family life with 3 young children. She also has interests in residential and commercial property and a passion for art and design.
